They Touched The Stove

Hey, remember last month when I talked about the rumored split of Warner Bros Discovery and how I'd think it would go down even though I had doubts it would happen? Well, it's no longer a rumor. It's happening , and yeah, it's not going down like I hoped it would. You remember when you were a child, you were told to not touch a hot stove because it would burn you and hurt you? Hopefully, you weren't one of those kids who decided to touch it anyway. If you did, I hope you learned your lesson and never did it again.  Unless you're a weirdo who loved the pain and the scent of burning flesh. Project MTV: The Complete Guide

In mid-September 2025, I had convinced myself to write out a plan that had been in my brain for a while that I never had the nerve to get out of my head.  I created an entire plan to reinvent, reimagine, and reestablish the MTV brand for the future.   To repeat what I said throughout the entirety of this project, I am not, nor will I ever expect to be associated with and employed by MTV and its parent company, Paramount Skydance. This is part of #projectmtv, a fan-made MTV rebranding project. This is not happening in any form, but it's fun to dream. And this was a fun project to create.
